We strive to encourage the creative mindset within our agency. Our largest focus with regards to our team is towards personal and professional learning and development.
This represents the largest investment for Phlippa.Net Innovation. We have a clear schedule and path to progression for each team member that include both internal and external training. Each member chooses a team that interests them within our Phlippa Academy and everyone has the opportunity to sit in on our Digital Hub training courses. We truly believe that training and learning is critical to our agency and our staff. All the perks in the world do not match that importance of personal and professional development.
